I store it in one of those round ziplock containers with the screw on lid. You need to re-mix it before using it each time. Also,if you plan on letting your cakes sit in the pans for awhile instead of taking them out while warm, you may still consider lining them with parchment...I usually do. Thanks for visiting my blog.
